Support for DTS packages and Jobs by "Data Dude"

    This question is relevent to the 21st November meeting on "Data Dude" 

    I need to know whether "Data Dude" supports, deploying changes made on DTS packages and Jobs?

    Is there a facility in "Data Dude" to compare Jobs and DTS packages resides in two different database servers (ex: Between production databse and Test database)

    Hi,

    At present, no support available for DTS or SSIS and I have not seen any announcements regarding this on future releases Sada.

    There is a red-gate tool named Package Comapre from which you can compare DTS package.

    DTS Package Compare is no longer offered by Red Gate Software as a commercial product.

    However, it is available as a un-licensed and un-supported download from Red Gate Labs.
