yes it seems so.

i found that the senior director of SQL Server marketing Kim Saunders has told to CRN (http://www.crn.com/software/201000436) the same, and its there with the heading "Microsoft Schedules Platform Wave Launch, But Products Won't All Be Ready"

sems this will be as the BizTalk Server launch with VS2005 + SS2005.
